Order Cancellation

To cancel the order, simply call our customer support. In case the order is already shipped (we send an email when we ship the order), kindly inform the customer support and do not accept the courier.

We will deduct Rs 150/- as cancellation charges in case the product has already been shipped. The remaining balance amount or any amount you paid will be credited back into your account.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (shipped) it, by contacting our customer support.

 

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

If you have selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, you will receive a refund in your account immediately after your order has been cancelled. Any coupons used are also reinstated it to your account.

If you have made your payment using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or net banking and would like a refund to your bank account, please get in touch with our customer support team.

 

How long will the refund take?

In case we've not shipped the order, we will process the refund on the same business day and should get credited in your account within a 7 to 10 business days. In case of returned order you will get your refund within a 7 to 10 business days of us receiving the product back, provided the product is not damaged, not used and returned with original product box.

However if choose shopwithtrend.com Credit instead of refund back to your card/bank account, it will start reflecting in your account within 24 hours and you can use the amount to place another order.

We are committed to providing you with the very best experience when you shop online with us. You can shop with complete peace of mind as provide a 30 days exchange or return of any item purchased from us within 30 days of receipt. In case of returns, we will provide full refund for all returned items including items on sale.

Exchanges are easy with us. Not happy with your apparel size or fit, get it exchanged.

All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

We accept returns of any item shipped by us, if it is defective or damaged in transit.

Shopwithtrend will send you a new replacement as soon as we receive the return package. In case if you do not wish to get a replacement product, please inform our customer care and we will give a store credit/full amount refund for your purchase amount, which you can use on your next purchase.

Do take care that that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

For self shipped returns we will be providing a reimbursement of Rs 50/- towards shipping cost.

 

How can I exchange/return products bought at Shopwithtrend?

To exchange/cancel products, simply get in touch with us after that you will return the same by courier.

 

Can I return products I am not fully satisfied with?

To be eligible for returns, the product must be unused and in original condition. All the tags, seals and original packing are intact. To ensure that your returns are accepted by our quality check team, ensure you take adequate care to ensure the product is returned in original condition back to us. In case of rejection of return by our quality check team, cost of shipping the product back to you will have to be borne by you.

 

Do I get charged for returning products?

We will make our best effort to have the items picked up from your place and as such you will not have to pay any fee for the same.

In cases where we are unable to arrange for a pickup, you will be required to ship the return yourself. We will be reimbursing an amount of Rs 50/- as a part of your refund amount.

If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can get a replacement within 30 days of delivery at no extra cost. The 30 Day Replacement Guarantee is applicable to all physical products sold on 'Shopwithtrend'

While damaged or defective clothes and footwear are covered under the 30 Day Replacement Guarantee, you can initiate an exchange under the 30 Day Exchange Policy if you are not satisfied with the product or the fit.

Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them. Please understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances:

- Damages due to misuse of product

- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product

- Any consumable item which has been used or installed

- Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers

- Any damage / defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty

- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered

All physical products sold by 'Shopwithtrend' are covered by this guarantee. Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same on 'Shopwithtrend'

 

What is Shopwithtrend’s return policy for clothing and footwear?

In case you are not satisfied with a clothing or footwear product, or it does not fit well, you can return it under the 30 Day Exchange Policy. Contact Us.

Please ensure that clothes and footwear are not used (other than for trial), altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way. Return all original tags and accessories. Branded packaging should be returned in its original condition.

Clothing freebies are not covered under the return policy. Exchange is subject to availability of the item on 'Shopwithtrend'. Damaged or defective clothing and footwear products are meanwhile covered by the 30 Day Replacement Guarantee.

 

How do I return a defective or damaged product for a new replacement?

Notify us of the damaged or defective product as soon as possible. In line with our 30 Day Replacement Guarantee, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a replacement.

Please ensure that the product is returned in the original condition you had received it. We will send you a brand new replacement at no extra cost to you.

 

How do I exchange a clothing or footwear product I am not satisfied with?

In case you are not completely satisfied with the fit of the clothing or footwear product, you can request an exchange. Under 'Shopwithtrend' 30 Day Exchange Policy, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product for an exchange.

Please ensure that the product is returned in the original condition you had received it. We will ship you an exchange, at no extra cost to you. Alternatively we can issue you a 'Shopwithtrend' Wallet Credit, which you can use to place a fresh order.

The cancellation and refund will only be done under the following circumstances:

- We are unable to resolve a genuine technical fault within 2 business days from the time you had reported the error.

 

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

In case your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, to cancel Contact Us. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case a delivery has already been made.

 

How can I cancel items in my order?

You can call in Inbound Number, till the item is shipped by 'Shopwithtrend'

 

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same.

However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by 'Shopwithtrend'.

 

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

In order to confirm cancellation of item(s) in your order, you need to indicate your refund preference.

There is one mode of refund:

Back to Source - In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.

Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, 'Shopwithtrend' will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund, depending on your preference.

 

Refunds:

If any orders are cancelled by customer after procurement, but before shipped by 'Shopwithtrend'. We will charge restocking fee applicable as per the product category. All orders will attract a restocking fee of 25% of the order value. Refund will be made after deducting such restocking fees as applicable with 10-12 working days.
