Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Merchant business' return and cancellation policy must be made available to customers on website and they have to agree to its terms during the order process. Customers have to click on an "Accept" or "Agree" for return and cancellation button before submitting their payment information. Then, once the order has been submitted, policy can be sent to customers with the order confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy –

styletrendfashion.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the (styletrendfashion.com) marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • styletrendfashion.com does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non durable items like mobile phones, mixer grinder, calculator etc, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 21 days of receipt of the products. For books, VCDs, DVDs, software products, the matter should be reported within 5 days.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.



Order Cancellation

To cancel the order, simply call our customer support. In case the order is already shipped (we send an email when we ship the order), kindly inform the customer support and do not accept the courier.

We will deduct Rs 150/- as cancellation charges in case the product has already been shipped. The remaining balance amount or any amount you paid will be credited back into your account.


Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (shipped) it, by contacting our customer support.


I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

If you have selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, you will receive a refund in your account immediately after your order has been cancelled. Any coupons used are also reinstated it to your account.

If you have made your payment using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or net banking and would like a refund to your bank account, please get in touch with our customer support team.


How long will the refund take?

In case we've not shipped the order, we will process the refund on the same business day and should get credited in your account within a 7 to 10 business days. In case of returned order you will get your refund within a 7 to 10 business days of us receiving the product back, provided the product is not damaged, not used and returned with original product box.

However if choose styletrendfashion.com Credit instead of refund back to your card/bank account, it will start reflecting in your account within 24 hours and you can use the amount to place another order.

We are committed to providing you with the very best experience when you shop online with us. You can shop with complete peace of mind as provide a 30 days exchange or return of any item purchased from us within 30 days of receipt. In case of returns, we will provide full refund for all returned items including items on sale.

Exchanges are easy with us. Not happy with your apparel size or fit, get it exchanged.

All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

We accept returns of any item shipped by us, if it is defective or damaged in transit.

styletrendfashion.com will send you a new replacement as soon as we receive the return package. In case if you do not wish to get a replacement product, please inform our customer care and we will give a store credit/full amount refund for your purchase amount, which you can use on your next purchase.

Do take care that that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

For self shipped returns we will be providing a reimbursement of Rs 50/- towards shipping cost.


How can I exchange/return products bought at styletrendfashion

To exchange/cancel products, simply get in touch with us after that you will return the same by courier.


Can I return products I am not fully satisfied with?

To be eligible for returns, the product must be unused and in original condition. All the tags, seals and original packing are intact. To ensure that your returns are accepted by our quality check team, ensure you take adequate care to ensure the product is returned in original condition back to us. In case of rejection of return by our quality check team, cost of shipping the product back to you will have to be borne by you.


Do I get charged for returning products?

We will make our best effort to have the items picked up from your place and as such you will not have to pay any fee for the same.

In cases where we are unable to arrange for a pickup, you will be required to ship the return yourself. We will be reimbursing an amount of Rs 50/- as a part of your refund amount.
